This was false. The bank manager in my new state wondered why he would tell me this. It takes 6 days for an out-of-state check to clear according to my bank which also has plenty of branches in CT. This is not a mom and pop Bank. It's all over New England and the southern states there's over 1100 branches. Why did he lie to me? What is he doing? He must be up to something. Think about it. I'm not the only whose home sales? He oversees all that money sitting in his account until it clears. Don't be naive.
