This firm will not file them and they will keep the maximum amount of $9200, even if your agreement is substantially lower.  My attorney did do his job, after my first denial on my own.  Everyone under 50 has to be denied twice unless your disability is on a specialized list. I'm sure I could have done it on my own as I am disabled and already had a VA disability rating, but as it is said, you cannot win a disability case without one.
