This took place around Christmas which is the absolute worst time to seek justice.  Jody was on top of everything and notified me at all hours and on weekends.  From the time I filed the first notice to eviction was 42 days.  This includes the 3+ weeks at Christmas/new years where the courts do not do any evictions.  I am very happy with Jody and his team.
