The woman I spoke to was asking a few questions. I was trying to answer her and explain my situation and ask her questions however, she rudely interrupted me three times, she became argumentative and confrontational. She accused me of twisting her words around. She completely escalated the phone call to a negative experience…enough to make me want to post a Google review. All I was trying to do was receive some legal advice. She wasn’t even an attorney. Im sure Jason’s firm does a great job, idk but what I do know is this individual should NOT be on the front line representing this law firm. Absolutely horrible customer service and I hope Jason reads this review and speaks with her.
