I hired this firm to handle my expungement. However, I have not received any kind of communication since I paid the first half of the deposit. Not a email, a call, a letter, a voicemail- nothing. It has been 4 MONTHS!!!!! I have reached out in so many different ways and still nothing. Their communication is terrible. And it sucks because I don’t even live in Florida anymore, so there’s not much I can do from here. Even when Mr. Cromey was dealing with my case, it was terrible then. I constantly had to call his secretary for updates because I could never get it from him. I understand lawyers are busy with clients, but to not respond to emails from past months is unprofessional. To schedule a call meeting and then not call at all is also unprofessional. The ONLY reason why I stuck with them for my expungement is because his secretary said she would solely handle my expungement. To have clients who come to you and trust you to do your job, just to treat them like this is unprofessional.
