My last accident I went with Ken Nugent on a case where it was clearly not my fault and I had $125,000 to win. Well they got all of the money. I walked away with a little over 30K. With James Lee my accident was a hit and run, the police botched the police report and their insurance denied my claim on a totaled vehicle. The driver left the scene and didn’t return, switched places with the passenger, then lied and told the police that I hit them when actually he ran me off the road, took over my lane, and hit me with the trailer as well. James Lee was able to win the entire case. Now they also have to pay for the loss of my vehicle. Small office with big results and the case was settled within a year and three months. Thank you.
