I hired the law firm to handle my custody case. Me and the mother were in agreement and just wanted them to draw up the paperwork but ione Nixon took it upon herself to draw up the paperwork differently than it should have been. We had agreed to joint custody but ione drew the paperwork up with a standard custody agreement instead and only added in visitation guidelines which contradicted each other and basically made the agreement void. She suggested to the mother that she needed double the amount I had offered which was more than legally obligated. Basically seven years later I’m still being haunted by hiring a bad lawyer. I never even met James once.
