My dad has a hard time walking so we did 90% of the work on the phone. James had an employee drop off all our paper work after doing the will over video call. We paid but I didn't understand notaries so I held the will for a year before learning it wasn't notarized.  They took us in fairly quickly to notarize it all and even though we made it difficult it was actually a really easy process and now we have peace of mind for the future.
