I understand that they want you to provide them with the most accurate information but with this being my first time and my first case which I’ve let him know ... some of the things arent going to  sound as professional as he would want them to so he would need to work on a bit more patience with the new clients and understand that some people have social anxiety so it’s hard for them to talk.
