You and speak to the manager and they leave you on hold for 1 hour. I don't recommend anyone to have them as your attorney. They have a picture on their office saying everybody wins millons and it was only a thousands not knowing I'm the one thats in lifetime pain not them. They were just worried about their percentage. Then I'm trying to see another Ortho and they giving problems. They never returned phone calls. The chiropractor service is joke, the massagers hurt my back, they get mad if you don't go to their bogus therapy sessions, they sided with the other drivers insurance, left me andy family out to dry, we had to move in with my son and daughter who share an apartment, we are basically homeless, that van was the only thing keeping us from homelessness. This lawyers sucks. Get another one. One of my husband's clients said to him that this is the worst lawyer you could have hired.
