You have to call the 800 number and then you get a screener. The lady asking the questions told me to fire my attorney first before they could finish the evaluation to see if they could help me. That is not a smart move and is also bad advice. I found an attorney who was willing to meet with me in person and actually talk to me about my case to see if they could help BEFORE requiring me to fire my existing attorney.
