I was left in the dark for months regarding my own case. I was not told about negotiations, workers comp, or even who my actual attorney was.\n\nThe firm lacks credibility and ethics, and the individual staff members have little etiquette or respect for clients. I was leaving my apartment to go to campus and I got rear ended by two vehicles while I was at a complete stop on 1604. I had back injuries and head injuries due to the accident. I contacted J. Alexander Law and they quickly took action in getting me started on the road to recovery. Roxanne and Ana were so helpful in making the process easier for me. My biggest fear was not being able to cover my expenses and having to pay out of my pocket. Fortunately, all my medical expenses were paid for and I ended up receiving a check once my case closed. I wouldn’t be fully recovered if it weren’t for them. I’m so grateful for everything that J Alexander Law has done for me.
