Every review you have on Google is a one star complaint. If, in fact, you were a client you signed a contract with the firm with specific terms whereby you agreed that should you have any concerns or complaints to contact the managing partner; you breached this agreement. Moreover, if we got paid then you got paid. Most personal injury law firms won’t take Worker’s Compensation claims because 80 to 90% of the time the claim is unpaid until they turn it into a compensable claim which requires knowledge of the voluminous provisions that make up the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act and rules. In order to get paid, Worker’s Compensation firms/lawyers in Texas don’t get paid a flat contingency fee, unlike a personal injury case, they must bill and submit billing statements to be approved by the Texas Department of insurance. Because  it is important to the firm that we provide competent and complete customer service, I’ll personally look into what, if anything, occurred with your alleged claim, but it is my guess that you’re just a miserable passive aggressive person who resorts  to filing frivolous unsubstantiated claims because it’s beyond your capabilities and maturity to effectively communicate your concerns even when contractually obligated to do so. .
