I informed Kris B that there is already a class action pending for their vehicle and that is why our firm decided not to pursue the case.  I also gave Kris B the names and phone numbers of the two attorneys handling that case to contact for more information (they are not in our firm and are not our associates).  I'm not sure what more we can do for Kris B?  We investigated the case and decided not to pursue it, and even gave Kris B the information of who to contact.  I wish you the best Kris B.
