What a joke! About 2 years ago I spoke with a paralegal regarding a hit and run, instead of being honest he proceeded to tell me it would only take 7 months for the settlement to come through and I’d have a check. If he would’ve been honest from the beginning and said it could take longer I would’ve appreciated that 100 times more than him thinking lying was the best way to go and guaranteeing only 7 months. The first 3 months he was very nice, the whole office was actually very nice and they would respond when I had a question, but after that I never heard from the paralegal again, when I would call the office they were VERY rude and would put me on hold and transfer me without letting me know while I was asking a question. I can go on and on about my despicable experience with this law firm! But all I will say, don’t waste your time. They lie, they’re rude, and make you feel like a burden for the smallest things! I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone, not even my worst enemy!
