My second child was born in 2024. I wanted to know what changes do I need to make. They will never respond to any of your queries. YOU WILL BE GHOSTED. After multiple phone calls to his office, months of email followups, one of their staff Rutuja Deshpande gave a response today (my kid is 1.5 years old now) I need to pay $5000 to make a change. What do we call this place? A scam agency?\n\nI saw a similar review like this where they will not support you after the trust is created.I wish I was properly informed. If you are here to create a Trust as part of estate planning, kindly stay away from this place.\n\nIf this is the support we get from them when we are alive, imagine what experience would your beneficiaries get?\n\nEdit: After reading the owners response. First of all I am thankful that I atleast got a proper  response after 1.5 years of phone calls and emails. Ultimately the response - pay $5000 for adding a new born child? (i) There are lot more legal complexities in your case now than you'd like to understand -- I can't explain them publicly; (ii) you don't have legal insurance, which means you have to pay for everything out of pocket; and (iii) the type of comprehensive estate plans we now create (covering estate tax planning and asset protection in addition to probate avoidance, especially as they apply to non-U.S. persons) and the fees we charge for them are significantly different (and higher). <br><br>We quote our fees based on the complexity of a legal matter, our service offerings, and our current rates; not on what someone paid several years ago! Quoting you a significantly higher fee as a non-insurance client (which is different from what you paid as an insurance client several years ago) does not make us a scam agency in much the same way that just because you cannot afford to pay us does not make you a pauper!<br><br>The other review that you ignorantly cite was of a similar person who was \"happy\" when insurance covered their fees. When they lost insurance and reached out a year or two later, we still gave them a free consultation followed by a fee quote only for them to disappear. After a year, they came back again, availed another consultation and yet again disappeared when it came time to pay us. The third time around when they tried to pull the same trick, I refused to entertain them and then came their \"1-star\" review! <br><br>If you want support for yourself (and your beneficiaries), show the courtesy to pay for it, or at least discuss the pricing or other options. Ranting in a public forum and maligning someone's reputation reflects poorly on your values and not on our value! God bless you!! The new paralegal Purva Parikh is also exactly same.\nThey will try to convince you to create a template estate plan but they will not provide the support you need to keep it up to date.\nAfter researching more I found some great law firms which not only setup initial estate plan but also teach you how to keep up.
