They patiently explain answers to all of your questions and concerns and don't act like you are wasting their time. Reasonably priced.\n\nWe ended up with a kind of emergency situation at the end of our visa process. Due to incredibly slow processing at the embassy, we basically ended up with a visa that was valid for 2 days after it was recieved. We were incredibly pressed for time and had many last minute questions. Ms. Hutchens made herself available to help us rapidly on the weekend and was immediately available for random urgent phone calls during the week. We needed to make decisions with zero time to spare, and Ms. Hutchens helped us make it happen and get our family member home. I am sure that with another law firm we would have heard \"Mr so-and-so will get back to you as soon as possible\".
