She was able to hear me and respond promptly to my request to remove my Discover account.\nThe reason I took this step is because the negotiator on my account was unavailable by phone, her voice mailbox is always full and she doesn't respond to emails.  Also, I had an affordable offer made by Discover that she never responded to even though I sent 2 copies of the offer.
