My experience was horrible. They routinely did not answer phone calls or return messages, left me in limbo about my case, and used demeaning language toward me (repeatedly referring to me as “you people”). After taking their share, they have delayed releasing settlement funds to the payout company, leaving me and other claimants waiting and uncertain.\n\nIf you are a survivor seeking advocacy, be cautious — their communication and professionalism were unacceptable in my experience.
