I pre-paid for a consultation and have repeatedly been getting invoices despite sending the \"paid in full\" receipt and calling several times.  The attorney did not review my contract in advance as he said I needed to pre-pay at the time of my appointment. I had pre-paid, sent an e mail & called the office the day before the appointment but they still thought it was unpaid on 5/20/25. I felt the attorney skimmed my contract due to not reviewing it in advance (required pre-payment) and 15 minutes of my consultation was spent calling the office a second time to update my file that the consultation was paid for 5 days in advance.  It is now 3 weeks later and I am getting the same invoice that needs to be paid.  I felt my consultation was \"so-so\" and they get an \"F\" in bookkeeping.
