The staff was extremely friendly and helpful from day one. I used Mr. Johnston for a car warranty contract issue I was experiencing, he was extremely thorough and communicated everything that was going to happen very effectively. The price is very very very reasonable, and well worth every penny I spent. The end result, Mr Johnston was able to settle my case in roughly two months.
