I was rear-ended by a repeat offender, diagnosed with a herniated L4-L5 disc, and my vehicle was a total loss. My health has never been the same since.\n\nDespite numerous PT, chiropractic, and orthopedic visits, my doctors said the only solution for my ongoing back pain—and to regain any chance of returning to my active lifestyle would be disc replacement surgery. Before the accident, I ran 3–5 miles daily and maintained a healthy lifestyle. They have two branches so I am not sure which branch was handling my sisters and my case. If an individual is willing to sign and get the funds released but they don’t even negotiate and fight for their clients so I would suggest that if you are looking for any injury law firm then you look elsewhere.
