I reached out to them for help on an issue and made it clear I needed to know the attorney fee. The attorney Robert Farrell kept asking for more information on my issue and wouldn't address the fee after I brought it up multiple times. After several emails and him being unresponsive, I decided to move forward with another firm. His response was he will be sending me a attorney fee for reviewing my information. To me, this is un-ethical practice and use of his title and if he is doing that with his fee I can't imagine what he is doing to peoples bills.
