He told he would plead not guilty and set it for trial. He didn't even show up for court so I got an FTA $5,000 cash only Bond and I went to jail when I had court while I was in jail he would not let me plea not guilty still i had to forfeit $17,000. You had multiple prior felonies.  Your original offer was substantial pen time.  I was in court to announce the matter was for jury trial but you did not appear despite being notified by both the court and me so a failure to appear was issued. It was your choice to take a plea instead of waiting in jail for trial. You could have had a petition to revoke a previous suspended sentence.  My efforts avoided a penitentiary sentence, got you out of jail from your failure to appear and avoided a revocation of the current felony suspended sentence you are serving.  The forfeiture to which you refer was simply an agreement that you did not claim the monies seized from illegal activities. You are out today to write this review solely because I was looking out for you.
