I sent her a packet of documents concerning the dispute, and it is quite obvious that no one read them.  For 600.00,  all you did was spend 30 seconds filling out some documents then send them to me to sign.  I would have had a better outcome going to court and representing myself.   I may have “lost” but I wouldn’t have spent the 600.00 for you to “represent me”.   Maybe there should be better up front communication during the initial contact informing the client that the only action we are going to take is have you sign these documents. That’s it.  Nothing else.
