After inadvertently displaying an Associated Press (AP) image on our website for a short period, we promptly removed it upon notification. Despite this immediate compliance, Higbee & Associates has chosen to pursue aggressive legal action, demanding fees that are grossly disproportionate to any conceivable damages.​\n\nGiven our minimal web traffic and consistent financial losses, the assertion that AP suffered significant harm from this limited exposure is, in my opinion, unfounded. It appears that Higbee & Associates employs these tactics to exploit small businesses, leveraging intimidation to extract settlements irrespective of actual impact.​\n\nThis ordeal has been both financially and emotionally taxing, especially as we navigate the challenges of bankruptcy.
