I was told these were the people that understood workplace injuries, especially Brain injuries. From the very beginning, Mr. Hiden and Mr. Rott, as well as paralegal Diana Ruvalcaba were always there to help me through every single step of this difficult process. Every single interaction I had with them was top notch!\nWhether I called, emailed or texted, they were always immediately responsive - and never treated me as if I was being an annoying worry wart with my incessant questions! With the short term memory problems I've had since my accident, I'm sure that I asked them the same questions repeatedly!
