My husband was on the call too and we were both in agreement. I only had a complimentary call with their sales staff. Pressure to sign up for service with a $350 deposit when I hadn’t even talked to other law firms yet. They told me multiple times that the $4995 restatement price for a living trust was “not something they are there to defend.” The woman said that more than 3x when we didn’t haggle on price. I finally told her I’m not price sensitive. She said then what will be your deciding factor. I told her who I feel comfortable with and have confidence in will be the deciding factor. My hubby and I agree we would rather pay the fee to talk to the lawyer directly.
