At the time, I was very disappointed and let that frustration lead me to post a negative review.\n\nHowever, I want to correct that. My case is now fully settled, and I’m actually very happy with the new settlement that was offered. Things worked out much better in the end.\n\nI appreciate the effort that went into resolving my case, and I felt it was only fair to update my review now that everything has been finalized.
