The case was dismissed in 2024 after just sitting in the judges docket with no work done on my behalf to get the case dismissed . Walter Harvey never let me (his client ) know the case was dismissed. When I found out online the case was dismissed with my own research 8 months post dismissal I confronted Walter via text and email in a nice manner to get an explanation. He confused the case with my already settled divorce case from 2018 and refused to provide accounting of his billable hours against my $5000 retaining fee he charged me. Now I have to waste my time and effort to go through the Georgia bar to get justice in this matter.
