The communication was minimal, the defense felt generic and passive, and in the end, the outcome was no better than what I could have received from a public defender—for a lot less money.\n\nWhat made this worse was what happened after I left an honest 3-star review. Someone from the firm reached out—not to truly address my concerns—but to pressure me into removing it because it was hurting their perfect Google rating. Also offered me money to take down my review which left me thinking how many of these “5 star reviews” are real. I was told they might be able to help me, but only after I completed two years of probation. The entire conversation felt more like damage control than any real effort to make things right.\nThis experience was disappointing from start to finish. I felt misled, underrepresented, and ultimately used.
