As a client, i could care less how long you have been doing something.  Duration does not equate to ability. This holds true in this case\n\n2) It takes time, they have been back logged....COVID-19....blah blah.'  Yes, i am aware and further 0, and i do mean 0 correspondence was made for over 9 months. So i believe that it was a valid question. But i received a canned rehearsed speech.\n\n3) This is not something he repeats per se, just something he does.   He will give little to 0 leagal advice past repeating the initial 2 stories.  And if a mistake is made DURING the interview or phrased incorrectly,  he will CHASTISE you for this.  Meanwhile, he has NOT gone over ANYTHING,  preparing you for absolutely nothing. But I will hold you accountable.\n\n4) Once paid, the attorney is given a percentage. If the percentage exceeds what leagal costs, then the attorney SHOULD refund the difference.  This did not happen. In fact, i was contacted to get the rest of the funds.
