The assistant called us to pick up our file saying “it was handled and ready for pick up” as we showed up they handed us an empty Manila folder. We asked for copies that moment and told we can come back other day. Cynthia (the attorney I scheduled a consultation) with was 30 minutes late to our meeting and her excuse was that her time ran long with another client and that \"she didn't want to cut them off...\" The icing on the cake was that when she first saw me she automatically assumed I spoke Spanish because of my appearance. Yes I am of south American decent, but for Cynthia to make an assumption about what language I speak based on the color of my skin was appalling to say the least. If you're looking for legal advice please look else where....it is clear that this law firm values quantity of service over quality.
