While though he is rough and can seem like he is coming off very condescending and assertive, it's only cause it's his job and working the cases that he himself are known to work is a very stressful and mentally taxing on anyone. His prices are high because he is that good. You just have to give the guy all the direct answers to the questions he has asked you. Just be prepared to want to clash heads cause he is a strong personality.
