Thank goodness for the recommendation. Bill helped us so much through a very difficult custody battle when our nieces went into care with Child Protective Services. CPS was difficult to work with and we would have never gotten very far in the process without Bill's help. Honestly, I can't rave enough about how awesome Bill and his Office Manager, Laurie Nahrgang, are. We closed out the adoption in March after 17 months of battle. Bill didn't even charge us more than our retainer. His rates were very reasonable and worth every penny!!!
