They wanted to take the case.  I was given a contingency contract with them, but after looking over the contract I noticed it was written so that they can receive more than the 33% required by law in the state of Illinois under their \"reasonable fee's\".  Went back and forth with them for several days, over a week of wasted time.  I even said that I would increase it to 40% total of the settlement, however that wasn't good enough for them.  This just showed me that this law firm is most likely after settling and taking all of the settlement in \"fee's\" to themselves and not at all making sure their client is properly compensated. They even tried to change their contract from a contingency to a fee based if I didn't want to agree to settle in their contract at one point.  Read reviews.  Someone has already stated they have been dodging them for their settlement.  Any attorney trying to have open ended \"fee's\" with no cap is a huge red flag.   After all the wasted time they didn't even bother to give me a recommendation.  I do not recommend this attorney.
