This prolonged the case without clear explanation and caused unnecessary inconvenience.\n\nCommunication was one of the biggest problems. Emails often went unanswered, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times just to get basic updates. Important information about the settlement check was unclear and inconsistent.\n\nWhen the settlement check finally arrived, I was not properly informed about pickup timing. After being told the check would be ready, I still had to wait at the office.
