The very last line of the confirmation says.. first come, first serve at the very bottom.\nTo me that's not being transparent enough and\nthey actually act bothered when several people question them on this.\nWhere is the humanity? People actually have to take the metro bus to get there, just for them to be turned away.\nThere is no compassion or empathy when that happens. Would you want that kind of team working on your case? You can't cut corners and expect not to create papercuts in the process.
