Do not go with this Lawyer for any criminal matters. They (Joseph) will make you try to take a plea deal even if you are innocent.\n\nI had a minor (B) misdemeanor in 2018. Criminal Trespass.\n\nI felt the case was bogus from the beginning and that I should never have been arrested. I was dropping off presents to what was, and had been my residence for 7 months prior to the incident.\n\nLong story short, I completed a 6 month deferred adjudication in early 2019. The entire time I was on supervision, and even when I was in court, this lawyer was informed the arresting officer on my case was under IA investigation.\n\nThe officer was found guilty in an IA investigation.\nThe lawyer was provided evidence regarding my case that could have exonerated me in 2018 and again in 2021. What he called a simple child support modification drug on.
