Alex was a lifesaver and navigated their legal stalls and continued to push and push knowing that they were in the wrong. After about a year and a half of continued stalling, and numerous changing legal teams on the other side, he finally prevailed a few weeks before our scheduled arbitration court hearing when the offending company offered to settle. After a few rounds of lowball offers, we finally reached the level that we were expecting.\n\nThroughout the entire process, Alex would provide updates and analysis of the case and was super communicative, even when the update was simply to tell me we were still waiting.\n\nGreat job Alex!
