I did all the paperwork they requested and 1.5 weeks later I was reviewing my documents. I will be signing my trust documents this week and moving on. In total it took 3.5 weeks from the first call to the document signing. Literally nothing is happening and we're sitting here wondering what we paid for with zero results.
