I had been hit in a car accident and needed help, I was hurt and stressed out and didn't know what to do. A friend had mentioned how Ross had helped him in the past in his own accident so I called them. I have had 3-4 situations that needed legal help in the past, a divorce, a parent's trust, etc, and in my own experience, lawyers have always been in a rush, dismissive, and unavailable for the most part. (My divorce attorney was downright rude and it made the whole thing so much more stressful...) Ross never made me feel like he was too busy for a phone question or to help me with something, he was always very professional and friendly, and he really seemed helpful every single time we spoke.
