We paid him $1500.00 That was 16 months ago.\nAbout a year ago the friend contacted my wife to say that because it was taking so long that Jared Gross would be handing off the case to Lillie DeVille, the friends mother as she was a paralegal. I have contacted her several times and all I got from her was \"I will ask the Attorney\" or \"I will forward this to the attorney\".\nSince the beginning of this year we have had no contact with Jared Gross. Mr. Tyner sought the removal of a fence. It appeared that there was a minor encroachment of the fence brackets. Mr. Tyner was advised that that remedy might not be available, as the alleged encroachment was very minor: one or two inches of fence brackets. Mr. Gross felt that he could not assure Mr. Tyner of the relief he sought, so Mr. Gross advised him of this,and then returned the file and the $1,500 retainer.
