\n4) Unresponsive: Did not show, but called in while I sat in the Salt Lake City courtroom after preparing from home in Ogden. “He had an emergency” was all that was revealed AFTER my arrival, having waited for an extensive period of time.\n
\nSeldom accepted calls, but took messages the vast majority of the time. Only called back, or had paralegal call, when repeat requesting paperwork for another charge.\n

Require a time-line, and request emailing said paperwork rather than having them print it.
