The Graham law firm LLC is by far the worst law firm I have ever used. They will refuse to fix their problems without charging you. I think they do this to create their self more work. The supreme court of Georgia will be investigating my complaint with them. I urge anybody else that has problems with them to do the same. But because , by Georgia law, we represent the lender in a closing, we have to deal with what the lenders require, sometimes hours before (OR  even after) the scheduled closing time, I suspect this was a last minute surprise from the lender's underwriting agents.  We have absolutely no control over that, but we do try to minimize the impact as best we can.  I have no idea who Leasing TPP is, they are not in our database as a client or a buyer/borrower) but if you were one of our closings, you can always call us     (use the telephone, it's always better than anonymous online complaints later after the closing when we can't address your issues),   we will always try our best to help you if you contact us before the closing, instead of complaining after the closing when we have no control over the situation.  btw, if the lender makes us do something, we have no control over that, whether we (or you) like it or not.
