They initially took my case involving the abuse of my infant child at KinderCare daycare in Gilbert on Germann. After that, communication became extremely inconsistent. I attempted to contact Ursula multiple times and was repeatedly told she would call me back, but I never received a return call.\n\nThe day before Thanksgiving, I received a generic email from an assistant stating that the firm had decided not to move forward with my case. After emailing the assistant several times, I was eventually asked to provide my phone number so Ursula could contact me. I did so, but I never received a call.\n\nI later emailed Ursula directly, explaining the emotional distress this situation caused and asking for an explanation as to why the case was dropped after months of being held. I have yet to receive any response.\n\nHaving your infant abused is already deeply traumatic. Being left without communication, then dismissed through a generic email months later, compounded that trauma.
