Judy has terrible customer service. As soon as I said “I am the victim of violent crime” she stopped me and said “we don’t do that” and I was surprised so I said “oh you don’t deal with civil and human rights?” Then she said “we do just not for you.” The only thing she heard from me was that I am a victim so I’d like to know what kind of civil rights and human rights violations does not create victims? Phone call lasted less than 30 seconds because I hung up after establishing I deserve more respect than she was clearly capable of giving. The type of “civil rights” cases our firm handles are primarily housing and employment discrimination.  While victims of violent crimes have rights that they can pursue through a lawsuit, those are not the types of cases we handle, but we can refer people to lawyers who do handle those types of cases.
