She not only helped, she changed my life. I had health complications from the accident and was unsure I could even retain a new lawyer since I already had one. Mrs. Tullio was polite, informative and straightforward. She told me my options and let me make the decision which option was right for me. She not only took over my case but helped me understand my options but also made herself available for any and all questions I had. She took the time to make sure I understood everything, gave me her office number, her cell phone and email and was available anytime I had questions or concerns. She handled all the paperwork, contacted my old attorney so I didn't have to and dealt with insurance and billing issues.
