Back surgery, did not have a good outcome. My case came to an end and I was offered peanuts by the insurance company. I finally hired a lawyer and my lawyer did much better than the first offer. Lesson to be learned is get a lawyer from the beginning and I think you will get more money. I had a slip and fall in the restroom at work. I called this group and the attorney I spoke to advised me to not get a lawyer, which shocked me. He advised me what to do, said I made too much money and if I went off work my disability rate would be almost nothing compared to what I earn normally. He gave me advice on how to deal with my injuries, they were not serious and sure enough is advice was perfect. I tried to pay him for his advice and he refused. I told him I was going to leave a review for him and here I am. He was not aware of how the laws work and did not file his case right away.
