It only took us 2.5 hours total of our time: an introductory 1 hour meeting to figure out everything needed, a second 1 hour meeting to understand all the paperwork and designate the right people.  I spent 30 minutes of my own time to fill out the names, addresses, and phone numbers of each key person on our paperwork.
